This was a single sheet programme printed on both sides. We have included two versions of the front page, both of which have been written on. The first version has a "C" written on the front which represents the fact that it was given out to a fan who was given complimentary entry to the ground; the second version actually has the word "Complimentary" written on it.

The reason for this is that these were given to family members of the Arsenal team that had travelled to the game by coach. Also on the coach were a dozen or so Arsenal fans. The weather that night was particularly poor and there was a possibility that it would be postponed close to kick-off. If the game was postponed then the Manchester United would have to refund the admission cost to those fans that had paid. As each fan was given a programme at the turnstiles, the "C" and "Complimentary" programme holders would not be reimbursed as they had not paid to get into the ground.

Manchester United won the game 2-1, a report of which is in the Leicester programme.
